BEING SEISED of the Defence’s "Request to file motion as confidential" ("Motion"), filed on 18 September 2002, and the confidential "Prosecution’s response to Defence request to file motion as confidential", filed on 25 September 2002,

CONSIDERING that the Prosecution does not oppose the sought confidential filing of a Defence motion to review the legality of the Accused’s arrest, and that the Motion shows good cause for such confidential filing,

HEREBY GRANTS the Motion.
