THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal");

BEING SEISED of the "Defendant’s Motion for Leave to File Instanter His Motion to Dismiss Counts 13 & 14 of the Indictment Based on Defects in the Form of the Indictment (Vagueness), Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction, and Failure to Establish a Prima Facie Case" (Official Record at Registry Page ("RP") D244-D259) filed on 6 April 1998 ("Motion");

NOTING that pursuant to the Trial Chamber Order for Filing of Motions of 19 December 1997, (RP D21-D22) the Prosecution has until 20 April 1998 to file its written response to the Motion;

HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:

(1) The Trial Chamber shall hear oral arguments on the Motion on 29 April 1998 commencing at 8.30 a.m.;

(2) Immediately thereafter, there shall be a Status Conference in closed session to discuss preparations for the trial scheduled to commence on 8 June 1998.
