THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991;

CONSIDERING that the trial has commenced in this matter and is currently scheduled to sit until 18 June 1998;

FUTHER CONSIDERING the oral submission of the Defence on 9 June 1998 that he is able to call an expert witness on 22 June 1998;

PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 20, PARAGRAPH 1 OF THE STATUTE AND RULE 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence,

HEREBY ORDERS that the Trial Chamber shall continue sitting in this matter:

i. from 12 June 1998 to 16 June 1998 and,

ii. on 22 June 1998.
