                           [Open session]

THE REGISTRAR:  We're in open session, Your Honours.

             JUDGE DELVOIE:  Thank you.

MR. STRINGER:  We had budgeted the remainder of today for the

     witness's cross-examination.  I've just been sending e-mails, seeing that

we were winding down, and I'm being told that he is not ready for today.

He is here.  I believe he has been proofed or was almost finished being

proofed.  But, at this moment, Mr. President, I'm not able to say that

the witness is in the room and ready to go.

JUDGE DELVOIE:  You mean for the remainder of the day or you mean

just -- just right now?  I mean, we could eventually take a break and see

whether we can start with him at -- at 12.00, for instance, or 12.15.

But if you say that he is not really ready and available, then we'll

     start tomorrow at 9.00.

MR. STRINGER:  I think that I would be better, Mr. President.

             JUDGE DELVOIE:  Okay.

             Court adjourned.

--- Whereupon the hearing adjourned at 11.22 a.m.,

to be reconvened on Tuesday, the 25th day of June,

                           2013, at 9.00 a.m.
