20             JUDGE DELVOIE:  Thank you.

21             Before we go into closed session, there's a short oral ruling.

22             On the 2nd of July, 2013, the Prosecution filed its 12th motion

23     to amend its Rule 65 ter exhibit list, seeking leave to add nine

24     documents.  Eight of these documents were obtained by the Prosecution in

25     March 2013 pursuant to a Request for Assistance to Croatia.  They are

Page 6894

1     relevant to the charges in the indictment and -- just one moment.

2             And will facilitate the evidence of GH-027 and GH-013.  The

3     remaining one, the handwritten notes of Witness GH-135, was obtained from

4     GH-135 during preparation for her testimony and is relevant to the

5     meeting of 4 September 1992 in which Goran Hadzic is said to have

 6     participated.

7             The Prosecution intends to use these documents with witnesses in

8     the course of July and August, of whom GH-135 is scheduled to testify

9     next week.  The Prosecution submits that granting leave to add these

10     documents is in the interests of justice and the Defence will have

11     sufficient time to assess them prior to their use and not be adversely

12     impacted by their addition to the Rule 65 ter exhibit list.

13             The Defence does not oppose the motion.

14             Taking into account the lack of objection of the Defence and the

15     specific circumstances of the case, the Trial Chamber is satisfied that

16     the newly offered material is relevant and of sufficient importance to

17     justify the late addition.  Moreover, addition of the documents to the

18     exhibit list will not unduly prejudice the rights of the accused.

19             The motion is hereby granted.

20             Can we go into closed session, please.
