22 [Open session]

23 THE REGISTRAR: Your Honours, we are back in open session.

24 JUDGE ANTONETTI: [Interpretation] In open session, Mr. Mundis, the

25 schedule for next week, would you like to tell us whether there have been

Page 9178

1 any changes to the schedule. We would like to begin on Monday with the

2 witnesses that have been scheduled. So have there been any changes to

3 that?

4 MS. BENJAMIN: Mr. President, in terms of the order, on Monday

5 instead of Mr. Smirko being first, I think Omerkic, the archivist himself

6 will be first. And then Mr. Smirko, because Mr. Smirko is just like a

7 recorder clerk in the archives. And the order continues the same. And I

8 think on Friday, we're going to have the investigator, Peter Hackshaw.

9 JUDGE ANTONETTI: [Interpretation] If I understand you well, on

10 Monday we have Mr. Omerkic first, followed by the employee whose name is

11 Smirko. Maybe we will hear him on Tuesday. On Wednesday, we have the

12 former investigator Mr. Tauro. On Thursday, we have Judge Adamovic. And

13 maybe also on Friday. And on Friday, according to the schedule, we have

14 your investigator Peter Hackshaw. Is that correct?

15 MS. BENJAMIN: Correct, Mr. President.

16 JUDGE ANTONETTI: [Interpretation] Thank you.

17 Mr. Bourgon, just a couple minutes.

18 MR. BOURGON: [Interpretation] Very briefly, Your Honour, we have

19 not received Mr. Hackshaw's statement, and my learned friends have

20 promised that they would send it to us as soon as possible. If possible,

21 at the beginning ever the week so as to enable us to prepare for this

22 witness.

23 JUDGE ANTONETTI: [Interpretation] Mrs. Benjamin, obviously they

24 need to be provided with the statement as soon as possible; that is,

25 Mr. Peter Hackshaw's statement, and he's supposed to testify on Friday.

Page 9179

1 MS. BENJAMIN: Mr. President, at this moment, he's just putting

2 the finishing touches. And presumably this afternoon they may be able to

3 have it, or the first thing on Monday morning.

4 JUDGE ANTONETTI: [Interpretation] Mr. Bourgon, the Prosecution has

5 made a promise to send it to you on Monday. If there is nothing else, I

6 would like to thank all of you, and I invite you to be back here on Monday

7 at 14.15 hours. Thank you.

8 --- Whereupon the hearing adjourned at 1.59 p.m.,

9 to be reconvened on Monday, the 21st day of June,

10 2004, at 2.15 p.m.
