I, Hans Henrik Brydensholt, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("Tribunal"):

NOTING the "Prosecution Motion for Additional Details to be Included in UNMIK’s Reports on the Compliance of Ramush Haradinaj With the Conditions of his Provisional Release" ("Motion"), filed confidentially and with four annexes by the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") on
9 December 2005;

NOTING that the Trial Chamber on 14 December 2005 requested the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo ("UNMIK") to provide the Trial Chamber by 6 January 2006 with its submissions regarding the Motion;

NOTING that Rule 126bis of the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure and Evidence ("Rules") provides that "... a response, if any, to a motion filed by a party shall be filed within fourteen days of the filing of the motion";

NOTING the "Defence Request in Respect to Prosecution Motion for Additional Details to be Included in UNMIK’s Reports on the Compliance of Ramush Haradinaj With the Conditions of his Provisional Release" ("Motion"), filed confidentially by counsel for Ramush Haradinaj ("Defence") on 16 December 2005, in which the Defence requests an extension of time within which to file its response to the Motion;

CONSIDERING that it would be appropriate to enable the Defence to comment on any observations made by UNMIK in its anticipated submission regarding the Motion, and therefore, to extend the time-limit prescribed in the Rules within which to file a response;

PURSUANT TO Rules 54, 65, 126bis and 127 of the Rules

HEREBY GRANT the Motion and

ORDER that the Defence shall file its response to the Motion no later than by 13 January 2006.
