16                           [Open session]

17             JUDGE KWON:  Yes.  We are now in open session.

18             So where were we?  Mr. Tieger, you'll have another opportunity to

19     tender the remainder part with another witness.  Actually, it is true

20     that you put only three pages to the witness.

21             MR. TIEGER:  Of course, and I noted that and I proffered it under

22     a rationale advanced by the Defence earlier.  Factually they were

23     incorrect in that, but they apparently accept the proposition that if --

24     if the underlying factor exists, it should come in.  I agree we will be

25     able to bar table or otherwise tender this document at a later time,

Page 18128

1     that's fine, but I was certainly acting consistent with the rationale

2     that appeared to be in play in this courtroom based on representations by

3     the Defence.  And I would also note that this -- as I mentioned earlier,

4     that this document refers to detention facilities maintained by both

5     parties.  It's not just with respect to detention facilities maintained

 6     by the Bosnian Serbs.

7             JUDGE KWON:  In light of the objection from the Defence, we will

8     admit only those pages shown to the witness.  So the pages numbers will

9     be clarified with the parties later on.

10             MR. ROBINSON:  Thank you, Mr. President.  And one unrelated

11     matter as long as we are in open session.  I just want to advise the

12     Chamber that pursuant to the decision on the accused's motion for

13     subpoena to interview General Sead Delic of the 5th of July, 2011, I

14     would advise the Chamber that General Delic complied with the subpoena

15     and the matter is closed as far as we're concerned.  Thank you.

16             JUDGE KWON:  Thank you.

17                           [Trial Chamber confers]

18             JUDGE KWON:  The Chamber finds it impractical or impracticable to

19     start the next witness's evidence, but there's one matter the Chamber

20     wants to deal with in private session.  Shall we go into private session.

17                           [Open session]

18             JUDGE KWON:  Yes.  We are now in open session.

19             Unless there are other matters to be raised by the parties, the

20     Chamber will rise.  Tomorrow, 9.00.

21                           --- Whereupon the hearing adjourned at 1.36 p.m.,

22                           to be reconvened on Thursday, the 1st day

23                           of September, 2011, at 9.00 a.m.
