I, Claude Jorda, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 (hereinafter the "International Tribunal"),

CONSIDERING the "Accused Dario Kordic’s Application for Leave to Pursue an Interlocutory Appeal of Trial Chamber III’s June 2, 2000 Ruling to Admit into Evidence Multiple Hearsay Statements Contained within an Anonymous Document of Unknown Origin for which no Foundation has been Laid" (hereinafter "the Application"), filed on 9 June 2000 by Dario Kordic, and the "Prosecutor’s Response to Accused Dario Kordic’s Application for Leave to Pursue an Interlocutory Appeal of Trial Chamber III’s June 2, 2000 Ruling to Admit into Evidence Multiple Hearsay Statements Contained within an Anonymous Document of Unknown Origin for which no Foundation was Laid" (hereinafter "the Response"), filed by the Office of the Prosecutor on 19 June 2000,

PURSUANT to Article 14(3) of the Statute and Rules 27 and 73 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal (hereinafter "the Rules"),

HAVING CONSULTED the Judges of the International Tribunal,

FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS,

ORDER the assignment of the following Judges to a bench of the Appeals Chamber so that they may rule on the Application for Leave to Pursue an Interlocutory Appeal, subject to the provisions of Sub-rule 22(B) of the Rules.
