THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),
BEING SEISED of a request by counsel for the accused Dario Kordic and Mario Cerkez for permission to view a video tape proposed to be tendered as evidence in these proceedings ("the video tape") with their clients in the United Nations Detention Unit after the adjournment of court proceedings on 27 January 2000 ("the Request"),
HAVING HEARD the parties with regard to the Request on 27 January 2000,
NOTING that the advice of the Registrar has been sought and that the Trial Chamber is advised that the Request can be accommodated,
PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence
