THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

BEING SEISED of a "Notice of Motion for Provisional Release Attend SsicC Memorial Service and Thereafter Return to Detention", filed by the Defence for Krajisnik on 15 August 2001 ("the Motion"), in which the accused seeks to be provisionally released to attend a memorial service for his father on either 12 or 13 September 2001,

CONSIDERING that although the response from the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") is not due until 29 August 2001, this is an urgent application which merits expedition,

PURSUANT TO RULE 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:

(1) The Prosecution shall file its response to the Motion by 23 August 2001; and

(2) A hearing on the Motion shall take place on 28 August 2001 at 4pm.
