9 JUDGE ORIE: Thank you, Madam Registrar.

10 Mr. Harmon, is the Prosecution ready to call its next witness?

11 MR. HARMON: We are, Your Honour.

22 [Open session]

23 JUDGE ORIE: We're now in open session again. Mr. Harmon, I

24 noticed that you're very much concerned about concluding this testimony at

25 a time which would not cause the witness any further problems. Could you

Page 6815

1 give us an indication? The time estimate you've given on the 5th of

2 October sheet is six hours. We lost some time on procedural issues today,

3 but especially in the second half I think we didn't spend too much time on

4 it.

5 MR. HARMON: I would say, Your Honour, I should be able to

6 conclude in an hour tomorrow morning.

7 JUDGE ORIE: In an hour tomorrow morning. So that leaves

8 sufficient time for cross-examination, I take, because from what I

9 understood is that the witness is available this week but not any longer.

10 MR. STEWART: It doesn't seem to be a problem, Your Honour.

11 JUDGE ORIE: Okay. Then I just wanted to verify that. And then

12 quite exceptional for this Chamber, we conclude this session one minute

13 before schedule. We will adjourn until tomorrow morning, 9.00, same

14 courtroom.

15 --- Whereupon the hearing adjourned at 1.44 p.m,

16 to be reconvened on Thursday, the 7th day

17 of October, 2004, at 9.00 a.m.
