6 please call the case.

3 [Open session]
4 THE REGISTRAR: We are in open session, Your Honours.
5 JUDGE ORIE: Thank you, Mr. Registrar.
6 We have no further witnesses for the week, Mr. Josse. The next
7 witness was scheduled for the 5th of December --
8 MR. JOSSE: That's right.
9 JUDGE ORIE: -- if I remember well. Although there are still quite
10 a number of exhibits pending admission, perhaps it would be a waste of
11 resources to schedule specifically a meeting -- a hearing tomorrow for
12 that purpose, and let's try to find as soon as possible after the 5th or
13 on the 5th time to deal with those matters, because otherwise the whole
14 crew has to be present where we might find a lost moment at a later stage.
15 MR. JOSSE: That -- I have -- that would suit the Defence
16 logistically enormously, I'm bound to say.
17 JUDGE ORIE: Yes. Then we will adjourn until the 5th of December,
18 9.00 in the morning, in courtroom --
19 THE REGISTRAR: III, Your Honours.
20 JUDGE ORIE: III. Thank you, Mr. Registrar.
21 --- Whereupon the hearing adjourned at 1.52 p.m.,
22 to be reconvened on Monday, the 5th day
23 of December, 2005, at 9.00 a.m.
