This Trial Chamber of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia,
NOTING the close of the prosecution case on 13 June 2000 and the ensuing pre-defence conference of the same date;
ACCORDING to Rules 73 ter and 65 ter (G) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence;
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
The Defence shall comply with their obligations under Rule 65 ter (G) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence by filing the relevant documents not later than by 16.00 hrs. on 22 June 2000.
The trial will resume on 3 July 2000 at 09.30 hrs.
Sittings will be held from Mondays to Thursdays from 09.30 hrs. to 16.00 hrs., unless otherwise ordered, until the recess.
The Trial Chamber will not sit on 13 July 2000.
The trial will resume on 11 September 2000 through October or until further order.
The Defence shall file signed statements of all character witnesses not later than 16.00 hrs. on 17 July 2000. One such character witness for each accused may testify in person.
The trial schedule filed on 18 January 2000 is varied accordingly.
