TRIAL CHAMBER II of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, in its judgement of 14 January 2000, has found the accused Dragan Papic not guilty of persecution under count 1 of the amended indictment and ordered his immediate release.
The Trial Chamber therefore instructs the Registrar to make all necessary arrangements in this respect.
