14 Q. Good morning, Witness. A moment ago, we were
15 talking about the soldiers who came into your home and
16 threw in grenades. You talked, in particular, about an
17 insignia that he was wearing on his uniform.
18 I'm now going to request that the usher come
19 forward and show you two photographs of insignia and
20 tell us, please, whether you recognise this insignia.

24 Q. Please look at this insignia, which has the
25 initials "HVO." Now, look at the second insignia which
1 bears the letters "HV." Do you recognise one or the
2 other of these two insignia as the one worn by the
3 soldier on the 16th of April?
4 A. I recognise the first one.
5 Q. That is the insignia you recognised as having
6 been worn by that soldier. Thank you.
7 MR. TERRIER: Mr. President, I would request
8 that we go to closed session because I would like to
9 show a photograph of the house of the witness to this
10 Tribunal.
