THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

BEING SEISED of a request for extension of time filed on 1 September 1999 by the Prosecution ("the Request"),

NOTING the Scheduling Order of the Trial Chamber issued on 8 June 1999 setting out time-limits for the pre-trial filings of the parties, and inter alia requiring the Prosecution to file its list of witnesses pursuant to Rule 73 bis (B)(iv) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("the Rules") by Friday 3 September 1999,

NOTING the Order of the pre-trial Judge in this matter issued on 22 July 1999 granting an extension of time until Friday 24 September 1999 for the Defence for each accused in this case to file their pre-trial brief,

CONSIDERING the reasons given in support of the Request, in particular, the need for the Trial Chamber to be provided with the most comprehensive information and analysis possible,

PURSUANT TO Rules 73 bis and 127 of the Rules,

HEREBY GRANTS the Request and ORDERS that the Prosecution shall have until Friday 17 September 1999 to file its list of witness pursuant to Rule 73 bis (B)(iv) of the Rules.
