THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),
BEING SEISED OF the "Request for Issuing an Order on Prosecutions Submission of Summaries of Witness Testimony pursuant to Rule 73 bis (B) (iv) filed by counsel for the accused, Miroslav Kvocka, on 8 October 1999 (the Request),
NOTING the "Prosecutions Response to Request by the Defence for Additional Statements of Potential Witnesses" ("the Response") filed by the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") on 25 October 1999,
CONSIDERING that the Prosecution has volunteered the information sought by the Defence in the Request,
PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence,
HEREBY ORDERS that the matter is moot.
