I, FAUSTO POCAR, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

NOTING the Judgement rendered by Trial Chamber II on 30 November 2005;

NOTING the "Prosecution’s Notice of Appeal" filed on 30 December 2005;

NOTING the "Notice of Appeal by the Defence for Haradin Bala of the Judgement by Trial Chamber I Rendered on 30 November 2005," filed by Counsel for Haradin Bala on 30 December 2005 and the "Corrigendum to 'Notice of Appeal by the Defence for Haradin Bala of the Judgement by Trial Chamber I Rendered on 30 November 2005'" filed by Counsel for Haradin Bala on 4 January 2006;

CONSIDERING Articles 12(3), 14(3), and 25 of the Statute of the International Tribunal and Rule 108 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence;

CONSIDERING the composition of the Appeals Chamber of the International Tribunal as set out in document IT/242 issued on 17 November 2005;

CONSIDERING that pursuant to Article 14(2) of the Statute of the International Tribunal, I am the Presiding Judge on all appeals cases on which I sit;

CONSIDERING that pursuant to Rules 65ter and 107 of the Rules of the International Tribunal, as Presiding Judge, I shall designate a Pre-Appeal Judge responsible for pre-appeal proceedings in this case;

HEREBY ASSIGN Judge Theodor Meron as Pre-Appeal Judge in this case; and

ORDER that the Bench in Prosecutor v. Fatmir Limaj, Haradin Bala and Isak Musliu, Case No. IT-03-66-A, shall be composed as follows:
