THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

HAVING ISSUED its "Decision on Prosecution Motion for Leave to Amend its Rule 65ter Witness and Exhibit Lists" on 18 February 2004 ("Decision"),

NOTING that there is a typographical error on the second page, last paragraph, of the Decision where it refers to item P97 when it should have referred to item P92,

HEREBY ORDERS that, on the second page of the Decision, where the Decision states "item P97", it should instead state "item P92".
