THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

NOTING the initial appearance of Zeljko Mejakic before a Judge of the Trial Chamber on 7 July 2003,

NOTING that the pre-trial conference to be held pursuant to Rule 73 bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("Rules") has been scheduled in this case for Wednesday 23 July 2003,

CONSIDERING that the transfer of Zeljko Mejakic will have an impact upon the preparation of this case for trial,

PURSUANT TO Rules 54 and 65 bis of the Rules

HEREBY CANCELS the pre-trial conference and SCHEDULES a status conference to be held before the pre-trial Judge commencing at 3 p.m. on Wednesday 23 July 2003.
