I, PATRICK ROBINSON, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

HAVING BEEN APPOINTED as pre-trial Judge in this matter by virtue of Orders of the Trial Chamber dated 10 December 2001 and 16 May 2002,

BEING SEISED of a "Prosecution’s Request for an Extension of Time", filed by the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") on 14 November 2003 ("Request"), in which the Prosecution seeks a variation of the oral Order issued at the last status conference on 12 November 2003 instructing the Prosecution to file its motion to submit transcripts and statements of witnesses pursuant to Rule 92 bis or Rule 89 (F) of the Rules ("Application") by Wednesday 26 November 2003,

NOTING that the Prosecution requests an extension of time until Friday, 12 December 2003, on the ground that it wishes to contact certain witnesses, and that additional time is need to perform the necessary redaction on the transcripts,

CONSIDERING that there is good cause for granting the requested extension of time pursuant to Rule 127 of the Rules;

PURSUANT TO Rules 54 and 127 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

HEREBY GRANT the Request and ORDER the Prosecution to file its Application no later than Friday, 12 December 2003.
