THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),
BEING SEISED of various applications filed on 22, 24 and 31 December 2003 on behalf of each of the four accused in these proceedings ("the Applications"), all seeking an extension of time in which to respond to the "Prosecution’s Motion for Admission of Trial Transcripts and Statements Pursuant to Rule 92 bis and Rule 89 (F) and Protective Measures" filed by the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") on 17 December 2003 ("the Rule 92 bis Motion"),
NOTING the reasons set out in the Applications and the information provided by the Registry of the International Tribunal confirming that, due to the volume thereof, the materials accompanying the Rule 92 bis Motion were provided to the defence teams in late December 2003,
PURSUANT TO Rule 127 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,
HEREBY GRANTS the Applications and ORDERS each defence team to file its written response to the Rule 92 bis Motion no later than Friday 30 January 2004.
