I, THEODOR MERON, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991,

NOTING the composition of the Trial Chamber in this case, as defined in my order issued on 8 March 2004;

CONSIDERING the subsequent appointment of Judge Iain Bonomy as a permanent judge of the Tribunal by the Secretary-General of the United Nations and my assignment of Judge Bonomy to Trial Chamber III, as reflected in document IT/228, issued on 7 June 2004;

HEREBY ASSIGN, effective 1 August 2004, Judge Iain Bonomy to replace Judge Albertus Henricus Joannes Swart in the present case;

AND DETERMINE that the Trial Chamber in case No. IT-02-65-PT, The Prosecutor v. Zeljko Mejakic, Momčilo Gruban, Dusan Fustar and Dusko Knezevic, shall, from 1 August 2004, be composed as follows:
