THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),
BEING SEISED of a "Dusko Knezevic’s Motion for Extension of Time" filed on 29 July 2004 by the defence for the accused Dusko Knezevic ("Defence") seeking an extension of time for filing a request for certification of appeal ("Motion") from the "Decision on Dusko Knezevic’s Request Pursuant to Rule 81 (D)" issued on 28 July 2004 ("Decision"),
NOTING that the Defence requests an extension of time until Wednesday, 25 August 2004, on the ground that lead counsel for the accused Knezevic is on vacation until 15 August 2004,
CONSIDERING that there is good cause for granting the requested extension of time,
PURSUANT TO Rules 54, 73 and 127 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,
HEREBY GRANTS the Motion and ORDERS that the Defence may file a request for certification of appeal of the Decision no later than Wednesday, 25 August 2004.
