I, Krister Thelin, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("Tribunal"),
NOTING the "Defence Motion for Provisional Release" ("Motion"), filed on 19 April 2005;
NOTING that pursuant to Rule 126bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence ("Rules"), the deadline to file a response to the Motion is due on 3 May 2005;
NOTING that on 26 April 2005, the Prosecution filed a "Prosecution Motion for Extension of Time" ("Prosecution Motion"), requesting an extension of fourteen days, from the indicated deadline, to file a response to the Motion;
NOTING further that, in the Prosecution Motion, the Prosecution indicates that the Prosecution and the Defence have been engaged in discussions on the need for additional time and that the Defence concurs with the Prosecution request for extension of time;
CONSIDERING the "Order Regarding Composition of Trial Chamber and Designating a Pre-trial Judge", issued on 21 March 2005, whereby I was designated pre-trial Judge in the present case;
PURSUANT TO Rules 65ter(C) and 73 of the Rules,
HEREBY GRANT the Prosecution Motion and ORDER that the Prosecution file a response to the Motion by, and no later than, 17 May 2005.
