THE TRIAL CHAMBER, proprio motu,

NOTING that on 27 October 1997 the Defence filed a Motion to clarify duties of the Registrar in diligent production of medical records ("Motion"), which Motion requests the Trial Chamber "to clarify the duties of the Registrar in submitting the defendant to timely medical testing and treatments" and seeking an order for production of the accused’s entire medical records to the Defence,

HEREBY INVITES the Registrar of the International Tribunal to file a Response to the Motion, if so wished, by Wednesday 12 November 1997.
