THE TRIAL CHAMBER
NOTING the attending physicians report as to the death of Milan Kovacevic submitted to the Trial Chamber by the Registry on 4 August 1998,
CONSIDERING THAT in the case of the death of an accused, the proceedings are terminated,
REMINDING the parties of their continuing obligations of non-disclosure,
CONSIDERING THAT the various Orders and Decisions for the protection of witnesses issued by the Trial Chamber in this matter are still in effect and thus prohibit the disclosure of certain of the disclosed material,
CONSIDERING ALSO that certain of the disclosed material is already in the public domain, such as transcripts of testimony given in other cases, or evidence given in these proceedings,
CONSIDERING THAT material which has not been put into the public domain should not be disclosed by either party (except by the Prosecutor in the exercise of her duties),
PURSUANT TO RULE 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal
