 7            THE REGISTRAR:  Good afternoon, Your Honour.  This is Case Number

 8    IT-98-32/1-PT, the Prosecutor versus Milan Lukic and Sredoje Lukic.

 9            JUDGE BONOMY:  Well, we're gathered here for a Status Conference

10    today.  Could I have the identification of the parties, please.

11            First of all, the Prosecutor, Mr. Harmon.

12            MR. HARMON:  Good afternoon, Judge Bonomy.  Mark Harmon for the

13    Prosecutor's office.  Appearing with me is Mr. Fergal Gaynor and Carmela

14    Javier.

15            JUDGE BONOMY:  Thank you, Mr. Harmon.

16            And for the accused, please, in turn.

17            MR. CEPIC:  Good afternoon, Your Honour, I am Djuro Cepic, Defence

18    counsel for Mr. Sredoje Lukic.

19            THE INTERPRETER:  Microphone, please.

20            MR. YATVIN:  Good afternoon, Your Honour.  Alan Yatvin, Defence

21    counsel for Milan Lukic.

22            JUDGE BONOMY:  Thank you, Mr. Yatvin.

23            Now, there have been various matters dealt with recently in this

24    case, but that leaves nothing outstanding, as far as I'm aware, for the

25    Pre-trial Chamber itself.  Is there anything you wish to raise with me,

 2            MR. HARMON:  No, Your Honour, there is nothing.  Thank you.

 3            JUDGE BONOMY:  All right.

 4            Mr. Cepic, anything you have to raise?

 5            MR. CEPIC:  No, Your Honour.

 6            JUDGE BONOMY:  Thank you.  Mr. Yatvin, anything you wish to raise?

 7            MR. YATVIN:  No, Your Honour, not at this time.  Thank you.

 8            JUDGE BONOMY:  Now, can I address myself to the two accused,

 9    please.  Mr. Sredoje Lukic, could you stand, please.  Is there any matter

10    you wish to draw to my attention?

11            THE ACCUSED S. LUKIC: [Interpretation] No, there is nothing to

12    raise.

13            JUDGE BONOMY:  Thank you.

14            Mr. Milan Lukic, could you please stand.  Anything in particular

15    you wish to address me about?

16            THE ACCUSED M. LUKIC: [Interpretation] No, Your Honour.

17            JUDGE BONOMY:  Thank you very much, gentlemen, you may be seated.
