THE TRIAL CHAMBER
BEING SEIZED of a motion for a separate trial filed on 24 May 1996 on behalf of the accused Zdravko Mucic ("the Mucic Motion") and of a motion for a separate trial filed on 5 June 1996 on behalf of the accused Zejnil Delalic ("the Delalic Motion") in respect of charges brought under an indictment against four accused, namely, Zejnil Delalic, Zdravko Mucic, Hazim Delic and Esad Landzo,
NOTING the Response of the Prosecutor to the Mucic Motion filed on 6 June 1996,
NOTING that the Response of the Prosecutor to the Delalic Motion is due to be filed by Friday 28 June 1996,
NOTING the Order of the Trial Chamber of 18 June 1996 requiring the accused Hazim Delic and Esad Landzo to file their responses to the Mucic Motion and the Delalic Motion by Thursday 18 July 1996,
PURSUANT TO RULE 54
HEREBY ORDERS:
(1) the Prosecutor shall file his written response (if any) to the filings on behalf of the accused Hazim Delic and Esad Landzo no later than 5 p.m. Friday 19 July 1996; and
(2) the Mucic Motion and the Delalic Motion shall be set down for hearing together on Monday 22 July 1996 at 4 p.m., to continue on Tuesday 23 July 1996, if necessary.
