THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991;

NOTING the various motions presently before the Trial Chamber;

PURSUANT TO RULE 54,

HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:

The Trial Chamber shall hear oral arguments on

1. The Notice of the Prosecution of its Intention to Show Video Excerpts to Witness "N" and the Motion to Allow Witnesses K,L and M to give their Testimony by means of Video-Link Conference both filed by the Office of the Prosecutor, at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 22 April 1997;

2. The Request for Exclusion of the Transcript and the Audio and Video Recordings of the Conversation Handed Over to the Prosecutor on March 18 and 19 1996 in Munich by Zejnil Delalic as Inadmissible Evidence, the Prosecution Response Regarding the Admissibility of Statements of the Accused and the related responses at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 23 April 1997; and

3. The Prosecutor’s Motion Seeking a Decision on the Scope of Cross-Examination and Brief on Related Issues Concerning Examination of Witnesses at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, 24 April 1997.
