THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991;
PURSUANT TO RULE 54,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
(i) The Trial Chamber shall rise at 5.30 p.m. on Wednesday, 23 April, 1997 and shall resume sitting in the above matter at 10.00 a.m. on Monday, 28 April, 1997.
(ii) The Prosecutor’s Motion Seeking a Decision on the Scope of Cross-Examination and Brief on Related Issues Concerning Examination of Witnesses which was originally set down for hearing on Thursday, 24 April, 1997 at 10:00 a.m. shall now be heard on Monday, 28 April 1997 at 10:00 a.m.
