THE APPEALS CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal");

NOTING the "Response of Zejnil Delalic to Motions for Continuance and Renewed Motion for Severance" filed on 4 June 1999 wherein Zejnil Delalic urges the Appeals Chamber to determine his "Motion to Sever the Appeal of Zejnil Delalic from that of the Other Celebici Defendants” filed on 10 February 1999 (“Motion to Sever Appeals”), on the basis that the “Appellant-Cross Appellee’s Second Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief" filed on 26 May 1999 by Zdravko Mucic, Hazim Delic and Esad Landzo ("Extension Motion") is justified and that he should not have to suffer the disadvantage of the further delay which will result from such an extension;

NOTING the "Order on the Appellant-Cross Appellee’s Second Motion for an Extension of Time to File Briefs" of 15 June 1999, whereby the Extension Motion was rejected;

HEREBY continues to reserve the decision on the Motion to Severe Appeals until after the Appeals Chamber has received the appellant briefs defining the grounds of appeal or cross-appeal due to be filed on 2 July 1999.

Done in both English and French, the English text being authoritative.
