TRIAL CHAMBER II ("Trial Chamber") of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("Tribunal");
BEING SEISED OF the "Motion of the Prosecutor to Vacate the Order for Non-Disclosure Entered 30 March 2005", filed confidentially and ex parte by the Prosecution on 7 April 2005 ("Motion"), whereby it seeks an "Order to vacate the 30 March 2005 Order pertaining to non-disclosure of the Indictment and arrest warrants; the Supporting Material to the Indictment would remain under seal";
NOTING the Indictment in the case The Prosecutor v. Vinko Pandurevic and Milorad Trbic, confirmed by Judge Liu on 24 March 2005;
NOTING the "Order for Non-Disclosure", issued on 30 March 2005 by Judge Liu;
NOTING that Milorad Trbic was transferred to the seat of the Tribunal on 7 April 2005;
HEREBY GRANTS the Motion.
