I, Carmel Agius, Presiding Judge of Trial Chamber II of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("Tribunal");

NOTING the Indictment in the case The Prosecutor v. Vinko Pandurevic and Milorad Trbic, confirmed by Judge Liu on 24 March 2005;

NOTING that Milorad Trbic was transferred to the seat of the Tribunal on 7 April 2005;

NOTING the Order by the President of the Tribunal of 8 April 2005 assigning the case against Milorad Trbic ("Accused") to Trial Chamber II;

CONSIDERING that it is in the interests of justice and of an expeditious trial to appoint a judge of the Trial Chamber for the purpose of the initial appearance;

PURSUANT TO Rule 62 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Tribunal;

HEREBY DESIGNATE Judge Jean Claude Antonetti, as Judge of Trial Chamber II for the initial appearance of Milorad Trbic.
