I, THEODOR MERON, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991 ("Tribunal"),
NOTING the Indictment in The Prosecutor v Vinko Pandurevic and Milorad Trbic, IT-04-80;
NOTING that this case is currently assigned to Trial Chamber II;
NOTING the "Prosecution’s Motion for Joinder of Accused" ("Joinder Motion"), filed 10 June 2005, which seeks to join this case with five others: The Prosecutor v Vujadin Popovic, IT-02-57; The Prosecutor v Ljubisa Beara, IT-02-58; The Prosecutor v Drago Nikolic, IT-02-63; The Prosecutor v Ljubomir Borovcanin, IT-02-64; and The Prosecutor v Tolimir et al., IT-04-80;
CONSIDERING that the Trial management needs of the Tribunal and this case necessitate that Trial Chamber II retain jurisdiction over all motions in this case unrelated to the Joinder Motion;
NOTING that the Bureau has been consulted;
NOTING the composition of the Trial Chambers of the Tribunal, as set out in document IT/228, issued on 7 June 2004;
HEREBY APPOINT, pursuant to Rule 27 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence ("Rules"), the following Judges to constitute the Trial Chamber for the purpose of determining the Joinder Motion pursuant to Rule 48 of the Rules:
