I, Judge Patrick Robinson, Presiding Judge of Trial Chamber III of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

CONSIDERING Rule 65ter(A) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("Rules"), which provides that the Presiding Judge of the Trial Chamber shall, no later than seven days after the initial appearance of the accused, designate from among its members a Judge responsible for the pre-trial proceedings (hereinafter "pre-trial Judge"),

CONSIDERING that the President of the International Tribunal, in his "Order Reassigning a Case to a Trial Chamber", issued 24 February 2005, reassigned this case to Trial Chamber III of the International Tribunal,

PURSUANT TO Rule 65ter(A) of the Rules,

HEREBY DESIGNATE Judge Iain Bonomy as the pre-trial Judge in this case.
