23 stipulation whereby the dates of Incidents 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, as listed
24 in Schedule B of the indictment, accurately reflect the dates on which
25 those incidents occurred, as found in the Galic trial judgement.

6 parties regarding the stipulation and makes it part of the trial record.
7 Thank you so much. It does seem as though we can only postpone
8 sine die.
9 Okay. The Chamber postponed sine die.
