10             This is case number IT-04-81-T, the Prosecutor versus

11     Momcilo Perisic.  Thank you.

17             MR. THOMAS:  No, sir.  Thank you.

18             JUDGE MOLOTO:  Mr. Lukic?

19             MR. LUKIC: [Interpretation] No, Your Honours.

20             JUDGE MOLOTO:  Okay.  One little matter by the Chamber, an oral

21     decision.

22             On the 22nd of November, 2010, the parties filed publicly a joint

23     stipulation whereby the dates of Incidents 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, as listed

24     in Schedule B of the indictment, accurately reflect the dates on which

25     those incidents occurred, as found in the Galic trial judgement.

 1             The Trial Chamber notes that according to Rule 65 ter (H), the

 2     record shall -- I beg your pardon, I'll have to say that again.

 3             The Trial Chamber notes that according to Rule 65 ter (H), it

 4     shall record the points of agreement and disagreement on matters of law

 5     and fact.  The Trial Chamber, therefore, records the agreement of the

 6     parties regarding the stipulation and makes it part of the trial record.

 7             Thank you so much.  It does seem as though we can only postpone

 8     sine die.

 9             Okay.  The Chamber postponed sine die.

10             Court adjourned.
