12             One:  On 24th May, 2013, the Appeals Chamber issued a public

13     decision denying Radovan Karadzic's immediate access to the designated

14     non-privileged material in the possession of the Office of the

25     pending motions before the Appeals Chamber in this case.

4     on 19 September, 2011.  All responses and replies have been received by

5     the Appeals Chamber and the motions remain under consideration by the

 6     Chamber.

8     matters to be raised by counsel, we can do that after I have heard from

9     the Appellants on the status of their health.

10             May I now ask the Appellants whether they wish to raise any

11     concerns regarding their health or the condition of their detention.
