 4                           [Open session]

5             THE ACCUSED: [Interpretation] Do we have the original in the case

6     file also, at least until the completion of the first-instance case,

 7     first-instance proceedings?

8             JUDGE ANTONETTI: [Interpretation] One moment.

9             Yes, for the time being, the original is in the other case, and

10     the Trial Chamber will see which is the best way forward.  We cannot

11     answer your question right now.

12             We are now in open session.

13             Mr. Seselj, we will not reconvene until August, since we're going

14     to have our summer recess.  I asked the Registry to find a date around

15     the 18th of August, since we're supposed to resume on the first Monday of

16     the third week of August, so we're bound to reconvene on Tuesday of that

17     week.  We're not going to have any witness, so we're going to take stock

18     then of any administrative issues that may be still pending then.

19             But before we adjourn, do you have anything to say in relation to

20     what you said yesterday?  And I'll put the same question then later to

21     the Prosecution.

22             THE ACCUSED: [Interpretation] Yesterday, I exhaustively presented

23     my views to you, and I do hope that I will be around, around the 18th of

24     August.

25             JUDGE ANTONETTI: [Interpretation] Mr. Mundis or Ms. Dahl, do you

Page 14703

 1     have anything to say?

2             MR. MUNDIS:  The Prosecution has nothing further for today,

 3     Your Honours.

4             JUDGE ANTONETTI: [Interpretation] Very well.

5             Well, I can't wait to see you again, which will probably be

6     around the 18th of August.

 7                           --- Whereupon the hearing adjourned at 6.26 p.m.,

 8                           sine die.
