THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

CONSIDERING the indictment against Dragan Kulundzija submitted by the Prosecutor and confirmed on 21 July 1995 by Judge Vohrah,

CONSIDERING the transfer of the accused to the International Tribunal on 7 June 1999,

CONSIDERING the initial appearance of the accused which commenced on 14 June 1999 before the Trial Chamber,

CONSIDERING the evidentiary hearing held on 24 June 1999 at which it was determined that the accused is the person identified in the indictment,

PURSUANT TO Rule 64 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

HEREBY ORDERS the detention on remand of Dragan Kulundzija and enjoins the Commanding Officer of the United Nations Detention Unit in The Hague to detain the accused until further order.
