THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

NOTING that Case No. IT-95-8 was assigned to this Trial Chamber by the President of the International Tribunal on 10 June 1999, and the arrest of one of the accused, Damir Dosen ("the accused"), and his transfer to the International Tribunal on 25 October 1999,

NOTING that pursuant to Rule 62 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("the Rules"), this Trial Chamber scheduled on 26 October 1999, the initial appearance of the accused to take place on 1 November 1999 commencing at 4 p.m. ("the scheduled hearing"),

CONSIDERING that the accused did not attend the scheduled hearing due to an injury caused to his back whilst playing volleyball,

PURSUANT TO Rule 62 of the Rules,

HEREBY SCHEDULES the initial appearance of accused to be held on Monday 8 November 1999 commencing at 9 a.m.
