THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),
CONSIDERING the indictment against Damir Doen submitted by the Prosecutor and confirmed on 30 August 1998 by Judge Vohrah,
CONSIDERING the transfer of the accused to the International Tribunal on 25 October 1999,
CONSIDERING the initial appearance of the accused on 8 November 1999 before the Trial Chamber,
PURSUANT TO Rule 64 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,
HEREBY ORDERS the detention on remand of Damir Doen and enjoins the Commanding Officer of the United Nations Detention Unit in The Hague to detain the accused until further order.
