THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

BEING SEISED of a request for extension of time filed on 30 November 1999 by counsel for the accused, Damir Dosen ("the Request"), seeking an extension of time of seven days in which to file preliminary motions pursuant to Rule 72 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("the Rules"),

CONSIDERING the reasons given in support of the Request,

PURSUANT TO Rule 127 of the Rules,

HEREBY GRANTS the Request and ORDERS that the Defence for the accused, Damir Dosen, shall have until Wednesday 15 December 1999 to file preliminary motions pursuant to Rule 72 of the Rules.
