I, MOHAMED BENNOUNA, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

HAVING BEEN APPOINTED as pre-trial Judge in this matter by virtue of an order of the Trial Chamber dated 3 February 2000,

BEING SEISED of a "Prosecution’s Request for Leave to File a Reply to "Defence Response in Opposition to the Prosecution’s Motion for Admission of Documents" ("the Defence Opposition") ("the Request"), filed on 25 May 2000 by the Office of the Prosecutor ("the Prosecution"),

NOTING the Order for filing of motions issued by the Trial Chamber on 2 December 1999 which provided that dates for further responses shall be set by the Trial Chamber upon the request of either party,

CONSIDERING the reasons given in support of the Request,

PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

HEREBY GRANT the Request and ORDER that the Prosecution shall have until Tuesday 6 June 2000 to file a reply to the Defence Opposition.
