I, Gabrielle Kirk McDonald, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

HAVING CONSULTED the Judges of the Tribunal,

CONSIDERING Article 14 (3) of the Statute of the International Tribunal and Rule 62 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence,

CONSIDERING the interest of the proper and expeditious administration of justice and the equitable distribution among the Trial Chambers of the Tribunal,

HEREBY DECIDE to assign The Prosecutor v. Miroslav Tadic, alias Miro Brko, and Milan Simic, Case Number IT-95-9-I, to Trial Chamber I, composed of Judge Claude Jorda (Presiding), Judge Fouad Riad and Judge Almiro Rodrigues.
