THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

BEING SEISED of a "Notice of Motion directing the Registrar to forthwith deliver documents and things to Todorovic Defense" and a "Notice of Motion to preclude ICRC from filing designation of proposed redactions as directed by the Scheduling Order of November 18, 1999" both filed by counsel for the accused, Stevan Todorovic, on 31 January 2000 ("the Motions"),

NOTING its Scheduling Order of 18 November 1999 and the Order on the Motion of the International Committee of the Red Cross for Extension of Time issued on 21 December 1999, requiring the International Committee of the Red Cross ("ICRC"), inter alia, to notify the Trial Chamber by 21 January 2000 of any redactions it would wish to have made to certain material before that material is released to the accused, Stevan Todorovic, or into the public domain,

CONSIDERING that the ICRC duly submitted the relevant material to the Trial Chamber on 21 January 2000 and has therefore complied with its obligation to the Trial Chamber,

CONSIDERING that it is now for the Trial Chamber to consider the proposed redactions submitted to it in this connection by the ICRC and by the Office of the Prosecutor,

HEREBY REJECTS the Motions.
