I, PATRICK ROBINSON, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

HAVING BEEN APPOINTED as pre-trial Judge in this matter by virtue of an order of the Trial Chamber dated 26 January 1999,

HAVING HEARD the parties at a status conference held on 8 February 2001 at which the question of readiness for trial was discussed,

PURSUANT TO Rule 65 ter of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal

HEREBY ORDER as follow

(1) The Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") shall file the following documents by Monday 26 March 2001:

(a) a pre-trial brief fulfilling the requirements of Rule 65 ter (E)(i);

(b) a statement of admissions by the parties and matters which are not in dispute fulfilling the requirements of Rule 65 ter (E)(ii);

(c) a statement of contested matters of fact and law fulfilling the requirements of Rule 65 ter (E)(iii);

(d) a witness list fulfilling the requirements of Rule 65 ter (E)(iv);

(e) a list of exhibits fulfilling the requirements of Rule 65 ter (E)(v);

(2) The Defence for Miroslav Tadic, Simo Zaric and Milan Simic shall each file their pre-trial brief pursuant to Rule 65 ter (F) by Monday 23 April 2001;

(3) The pre-trial conference shall be held on Wednesday 16 May 2001, commencing at 2.30 p.m; and

(4) the accused, Miroslav Tadic, Simo Zaric and Milan Simic, are not required to attend in person for the pre-trial conference but may be present through their duly authorised legal representatives, as assigned by the Registrar of the International Tribunal.
