I, Claude Jorda, President of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (hereinafter "the Tribunal"),
NOTING the Order of the President assigning Judges to the Trial Chamber rendered on 20 March 2001,
CONSIDERING that the Order contains errors which should be set right,
FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS,
DECIDE that paragraphs 3 and 4 on page 2 are to be replaced by the following:
"NOTING the Order of the President dated 18 December 1998 assigning the case IT-95-9-PT, The Prosecutor v. Simic et al"
"NOTING the Order of the President dated 31 March 1999 temporarily assigning Judge David Hunt to Trial Chamber III to hear the case IT-95-9-PT, The Prosecutor v. Simic et al"
