I, PATRICK ROBINSON, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

HAVING BEEN APPOINTED as pre-trial Judge in this matter by virtue of an order of the Trial Chamber dated 26 January 1999,

BEING SEIZED of a "Prosecution and Defence Joint Request for Extension of Time to Submit Certain Documents Pursuant to Rule 65 ter (E)" ("the Joint Request") filed on 3 April 2001,

NOTING the Scheduling Orders of 14 February and 16 March 2001, setting dates for submission of pre-trial briefs by the parties and scheduling the pre-trial conference for 16 May 2001,

CONSIDERING the reasons stated by the parties in support of the Joint Request,

PURSUANT TO Rules 65 ter and 127 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("Rules")

HEREBY GRANT the relief sought in the Joint Request and ORDER that the Prosecution shall have until Friday 27 April 2001 to file admissions by the parties and statement of matters not in dispute and a statement of contested matters of fact and law, pursuant to Rule 65 ter (E) (ii) and (iii) of the Rules.
